Get Help From a Hosting Technician

  • Payment Due Dates

    New Accounts:

    Payment is due on the date that the account set-up letter is emailed to you.

     

    Existing Accounts:

    Hosting invoices are generally mailed or emailed 20-35 days prior to the due date.

  • Past Due Payments

    Please help keep costs low by making payment by the due date. If payment has not been received by the due date, we will contact you by email to remind you of the payment due. A late fee may apply.

     

    If payment has not been received within three (3) days, we may be forced to suspend or terminate your hosting account.

  • Hosting Refunds

    Hosting set-up fees are not refundable once the account has been configured and the 'welcome' email has been sent.

     

    Whole, unused month hosting fees may be refundable only in the case of documented, extended technical problems on our side. Please note that technical issues that are due to incoming or outgoing SPAM, the service recipient's software, website or internet service provider, are not cause for refund.

     

    The issue in question must be documented via a technical support ticket prior to any refund request. The refund request must be received, in writing, within seven (7) days of the date of the technical problem.

     

    Refunds are not available, in any scenario, to those choosing the quarterly billing plans.

     

    Credits/refunds resulting from a service reduction or account cancellation are not available. At the time of service reduction, the billing change, if any, will become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

  • Domain Registration / Renewal Refunds

    Due to domain registrar policies, once a domain name is registered or renewed, refunds or exchanges are not available. All domain registration and renewal sales are final.

  • Search Engine Registration Refunds

    Refunds/credits are not available for search engine registration services.
